The Extension is a productivity tool designed for gym staff to receive real-time browser notifications when clients check in at gym gates through the GymTECH platform.

Specifically, the Extension does not collect any of the following:

3. How the Extension Works

The Extension receives real-time check-in event notifications from the GymTECH platform (operated by HTech on behalf of authorized gym facilities) and displays them as native browser notifications on the user's device.

All notification data is processed transiently to display the notification and is stored locally in the browser only. No data is transmitted to HTech servers by the Extension itself, sold to third parties, or shared with any external service.

4. Permissions Used

The Extension requests only the minimum Chrome permissions necessary for its function:

• Notifications — to display check-in alerts on the user's desktop
• Storage — to save user preferences (such as notification sound or display settings) locally in the browser

5. Third-Party Services

The Extension does not integrate with, share data with, or rely on any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

6. Data Security

Because the Extension does not collect or transmit personal data, the risks associated with data breaches are minimized. Any preferences saved locally remain on the user's device and are subject to the security of the user's Chrome browser and operating system.

The Extension is intended for use by authorized gym staff and is not directed at children under the age of 13.
